Reloader.gg is a next-generation gaming infrastructure platform providing community monetisation tools, live in-stream participation technology, esports engagement systems, and related services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. By using Reloader.gg, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not located in a jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited by law.

Our Services are not available to users in the United Kingdom, United States of America and its territories, or any jurisdiction where use of our Services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using our Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Platform Credits & Internal Economy
Reloader.gg uses an internal credit system ("Loads" or "L") for platform participation. Loads are internal utility credits — not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or investment instruments. They have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be directly exchanged for fiat currency.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the platform if under 18 or prohibited by law; create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions; use bots or scripts to manipulate platform activity; engage in fraud or illegal financial activity; attempt to hack or compromise platform security; harass or impersonate other users or staff.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, trademarks, logos, and materials on Reloader.gg are the exclusive property of Limitless MEA FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent. The Reloader brand, OnStream Gaming Engine, Killshot Overlay SDK, and Alliance Framework are proprietary technologies.
8. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with Steam, Riot Games, Solana blockchain, Discord, Telegram, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions, content, or policies.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMITLESS MEA FZ-LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Responsible Participation

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE.
