1. Acceptance of the Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“User”, “Participant”, “you”) and FALCON RAPTOR ENTERPRISES INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK SERVICES LLC OPC (“The Nuthouse”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Nuthouse website, tournament platform, registration interfaces, and any services offered in connection with strategic card-based skill competitions (collectively, the “Service”). Registration for a competition involves a fixed Tournament Entry Fee, which grants access to the Service, the digital infrastructure, and the administrative moderation provided by the Company.

By accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not access the Service. Access is strictly limited to persons legally permitted to participate in strategic competitions under applicable law.

2. Your Obligations as a Participant

By using the Service, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

  • You are legally permitted to participate in strategic card games and skill competitions in your jurisdiction;
  • You participate strictly for personal, recreational, and intellectual entertainment purposes;
  • You are not acting in a professional, commercial, or representative capacity for any gambling entity;
  • You are not subject to self-exclusion or legal prohibition;
  • All information you provide, including during mandatory identity verification, is true and accurate.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create a personal account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold or shared.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts used for collusion, manipulation, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Company may restrict or refuse access from jurisdictions where participation in strategic skill-based competitions would violate applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy. We strictly adhere to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

6. Participation Limits

The Company may impose reasonable limits on registrations, entries, or participation to ensure platform integrity, regulatory compliance, and responsible engagement.

7. Rewards and Items (Non-Cash)

The Nuthouse operates a strictly non-monetary reward framework based on a Closed-Loop System:

  • Sponsored Rewards: All rewards are sponsored by strategic partners or allocated from the Company’s marketing funds.
  • No Cash-Outs: Zero functionality exists to facilitate the withdrawal of funds, the sale of credits, or conversion of any reward into cash.
  • Value: 1 NUT corresponds to 1 USD for display purposes. NUT can only be used within the Service and currently cannot be purchased, transferred or withdrawn.
  • Refunds: Refunds for cancelled events will be processed exclusively to the original payment instrument.

8. Cancellations and Force Majeure

If a tournament is cancelled before commencement, entry fees will be refunded. If cancelled after commencement, the Company will determine a resolution consistent with industry standards for Competitive Esports. The Company is not liable for failures due to events beyond its reasonable control.

9. Responsible Engagement

The Company supports responsible engagement and may offer voluntary self-exclusion mechanisms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Company is not liable for:

  • Competitive outcomes or decisions of tournament officials.
  • Technical issues such as disconnections, lag, or hardware failures on the User's side.
  • Automated decisions governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which are final.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, tournament formats, and strategic algorithms are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

12. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, applicable law, or platform integrity standards.

13. Inactive Accounts

Accounts with prolonged inactivity may be restricted or closed in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.

14. Affiliation and Marketing

Unauthorized representation or misrepresentation of the Service as gambling is strictly prohibited and grounds for termination.

15. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
