This Cookie Policy explains how Limitless MEA FZ-LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on the Reloader.gg platform.

1. What Are Cookies

"Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, and tracking pixels — for brevity, we refer to all of these as "cookies".

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Platform to function. These include authentication tokens, CSRF-protection tokens, and session identifiers. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies; without them, the Platform will not work.
• Preference cookies — remember settings such as display preferences, language, and layout choices.
• Performance cookies — help us understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve it. These may collect aggregated, non-identifying information about page visits, response times, and errors.
• Analytics cookies — set by third-party analytics providers, Google Analytics 4 and Amplitude, only after you provide consent via the cookie banner. Amplitude cookies and local-storage entries have names beginning with AMP_. Amplitude also records session replays of consenting visitors, in which every form input is masked and wallet, payment, identity-verification and private-message areas are blocked from capture. We also set two first-party analytics cookies, only after that same consent: ft_attribution records how you first arrived on the Platform (the landing page, the referring site and any campaign tags on the link), and lt_attribution records the same for your most recent arrival from a link or campaign; we use them to understand which channels bring new players. Both are HTTP-only, contain no name, email or other direct identifier, and expire 30 days after they are set. If you do not consent, neither cookie is set.
